William Wilson Photography

We are William and Aileen, a family run photography studio located in the county market town of Lanark.

Founding members of Totally Locally Lanark and try to source all our supplies and services from the local area, Lanarkshire and Central Scotland helping local economies and businesses.

William received his Bachelors degree in photography from the University of the West of Scotland. William’s projects where he photographed the architecture of the Clyde was procured by the City of Glasgow  College for their archive and is on display at the Riverside Campus, pervious project on surrealist portraiture was also procured for the new Cathedral Street Campus. In 2015 he visited the Refugee Camp in Calais, France undertaking a documentary project within the camp, this project brought a new level of understanding and appreciation of human strife and the role of the photographer.

As a commercial photographer we cover a wide range of work from architecture, interiors, advertising photography and product photography. We are also a family business and our studio photograph is aimed at family portraiture and head shots.

When you visit our friendly studio, you can be at ease knowing you will receive a personal service from qualified professional photographers.
